Director’s Message, Closing 2023
Travel is motions and emotions, food to your soul. It is for that reason that we put our hearts like a Chef in the kitchen to bring you best of travel experience. In this piece of 4th quarter of 2023, we will take you through our progress thus far which includes events participated in, Training Opportunities we participate on, scope of our services, new packages on board and take you through our way forward and future ambitions.
We are honoured to have participated on greatest tourism events in the continent this year which includes Meetings Africa 2023 and Africa’s Travel Indaba 2023. These events helped us gain more insight and networking within the industry.
We appreciate you as our clients for sticking with us through times. At this time of the year we reflect on great times we have shared with you, Traveller. We appreciate you all from different provinces within South Africa and different countries around the world coming to use our services when visiting Durban, KZN at large.
As a business we appreciate different institutions that have provided us with growth opportunities through training programmes. These include Tourism KZN, SATSA, and Centre for Social Entrepreneurship (CSE)
It is with such great pleasure to mention that we are still faithful to our scope of services as we grow. Our Durban city walking tour remains the favourite to our international clients. We are excited by the growth that we have seen in some of our services like Durban adventure packages and boat cruises. We are also grateful for the growth that we have seen in our school educational tours that we have successfully offered in 2023. Without a doubt 2024 is a great year on School Educational tours.
We are still satisfied by great interest that you are showing towards our packages like Mpumalanga, Cape Town, Drakensberg and Durban.
We are excited that this year we have successfully launched our distance tours which includes Mpumalanga and Cape Town. These tours have been a success and we are looking forward to more in year 2024 to inspire young people to expand their career horizons this year.
It’s exciting how the industry has picked up since the pandemic. This allows us to visualise the tourism future we have been patiently longing for. We are hoping for a great year 2024.We appreciate you for supporting Durban Fever Travel & Tours contributing to the company growth.
